    We provide precise real time location data using wireless hardware, disruptive software solutions and embedded wireless products to solve your business problems. The main focus is on applications using Ultra-Wideband, where we provide design / development services, off-the-shelf or custom (white-label) products, single or multi-radio modules and consultancy services.

    As Co-author of the Omlox core zone standard, we want to open up the RTLS market by providing an open standard allowing interoperable solutions to be implemented with ease.     Omlox Implementations

    Synchro Fusion RTLS System

    UWB / BLE / NFC combined RTLS system

    Overall system parameters

    • Both Infrastructure and Ad-Hoc based
    • Based on propitiatory measurement method using ToF, allowing distance and time difference measurements combined within a tightly scheduled structure.
    • Scalability to virtually any size or network structure
    • (proven 600+ anchor systems, spread over multiple floors)
    • Maximum air time efficiency to allow maximize tag density
    • Not zonal based, therefore no boundary side-effects.
    • Measurement update rate to be selected per tag, tag group or all tags
    • Any mix op update rates, measurement or power savings modes can be combined in a single system
    • By default 20 Hz* fastest update rate per tag. No limit on slowest update rate.
    • High level of freedom for customer specific optimalizations on system level
    • SynchronicIT UWB as main measurement method, UWB TDoA and BLE as alternative and/of fallback depending on user specifications
    • Continuous health check of the system including anchor positions are running in the background to guarantee the maximum level of service that can be offered.

    UWB subsystem

    • Infrastructure based on Anchors as reference, measurement and synchronization points
    • Channel, preamble length and Tx power freely configurable to user specifications.
    • Wireless and wired data offloading.
    • Approx. 1 out of 10 Anchors needs to be connected to ethernet to offload data. Small setups, like theater applications, only a single ethernet connection can be used for up to e.g. 24 anchors.
    • Ad-Hoc based system between tags but also tags and anchors is allowed. Moving into the infrastructure area and/or leaving the area is allowed.

    Bluetooth LE subsystem

    • BLE interaction with tags for reference, measurement and configuration
    • Support for iBeacon, Eddystone, Apple/Google Exposure notifications (contact tracing)
    • and custom advertisements.
    • Used as fallback of the UWB measurements, where battery life is more important than accuracy.
    • When both BLE and UWB data is available it will be fused to get the optimal results.
    • User applications and/or protocols can be added on request
    Synchro Fusion RTLS System

    Hardware / Software Engineering Sevices for RF/UWB Applications

    Based on SynchronicIT own reference designs in hardware and software, which are already used in existing products, SynchronicIT offers custom integration services. e.g. Exposure Notification services or Nearby Interaction services can be added to your existing product, additional modules / electronics can be integrated. Full product design in software, hardware and mechanics (enclosure) is offered to meet the requirements for high-demanding applications.
