Qorvo's high-voltage SiC JFETs and FETs with ultra-low on-resistance (< 10 mohms) available in small surface mount packages are ideal for reducing the size and improving reliability of relays, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, etc. in various end equipment such as EVSE (electric vehicle service equipment) chargers, aircraft power distribution units (PDUs) and facility electrical breaker panels. The high pulsed current capability of SiC-based solid-state switches allows designers to improve noise immunity of their protection circuits while the low on-resistance in compact packages such as D2-PAK and TOLL simplifies PCB footprint reduction and thermal management.
