The Qorvo campus has a large manufacturing site with fab and test operations and is the home for some of our mobile, infrastructure, defense, and quality teams as well as our corporate administration.
Our Hillsboro site is located in Oregon's Silicon Forest — nestled between the Oregon Coast and the Cascade Range, and 20 miles from Portland, home to Nike, Powell’s City of Books and Voodoo Donuts. It is also home to some of our corporate offices, design and sales teams, support, GaAs manufacturing, and a Class 100 clean room.
Our Texas offices are based in the fourth largest metropolitan area in the United States, which is home to four professional sports teams, top universities, abundant arts and entertainment, and major corporations. It is headquarters for Qorvo's Texas operations and our infrastructure and defense products. Notably, our Advanced Microwave Module Assembly (AMMA) facility is located here, which provides custom, secure and comprehensive design and manufacturing services.
Our Costa Rica office is situated in the Central Valley, surrounded by mountains where the temperatures are very mild — around 77 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 70 at night. It is located in a free trade zone with many other American companies, as well as other high tech and medical companies. The facility's primary business is filter manufacturing assembly and testing, as well as support staff.
Singapore is located in Southeast Asia and is the world's only island city-state. Also known as the Lion City, it is a thriving economic hub and is a blend of historic and cosmopolitan landscapes. Our office in Singapore is located in the eastern part of the island and includes regional sales and support operations.
Our Chinese headquarters is in one of the most populous cities in the world and is known for its vibrant history and its opulent palaces, temples, parks, gardens, tombs, walls and gates. Our main Qorvo facility is located in the Beijing business development area and includes sales, support, and high-volume manufacturing — including assembly, packaging, qualification and reliability testing operations.
Dezhou is located in an area that is known as "Solar Valley" — the clean-tech version of Silicon Valley and houses the world's largest solar-powered office building, covering about 75,000 square meters. The Dezhou office is Qorvo's newest manufacturing facility, responsible for high-volume production, assembly and testing, primarily for our mobile products.
Located on the northern side of the South Korea peninsula, the capital city offers 600 years of history and a window into Korea's unique cultural traditions. Our Seoul office is the home of our sales, application engineering, inside sales and customer quality engineering teams.
Utrecht is one of the most charming cities in Europe. It has a medieval old town, canals, historic monuments, churches and cathedrals, and a venerable university. Qorvo's Utrecht office is a design center, located in the city center close to the central train station.
Nuremberg is a quintessential historic German city, featuring half-timbered houses, gothic churches and an imperial castle. It's also home to corporations such as Adidas, Faber-Castell, Playmobil and divisions of Siemens. Our Nuremberg office, located in the South District, designs and produces our cable TV amplifiers and RF technology.
Known for its museums, architectural monuments and traditional lifestyle, Munich also is the headquarters for numerous companies (including Allianz, BMW, Linde, MAN and Siemens) and international institutions. The Munich Design Center focuses on complex RF modules and components and attracts highly qualified engineers from all over the world.
