    Integrated Synthesizers with Mixers

    Qorvo's integrated synthesizers with mixers are reconfigurable frequency conversion devices that integrate a fractional-N synthesizer, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and either one or two high-linearity mixers. These products can also be configured as a broadband signal source by bypassing the integrated mixers.

    • 30 MHz up to 6000 MHz broadband operation
    • Low phase noise LO with 0.18 deg integrated phase noise
    • High linearity mixers with 23 dBm input IP3
    • Low DC power consumption, 135 mA @ 3 V
