Qorvo's TQQ0101 is an extended frequency range Duplexer module that combines a PCS (BC1) and (BC0) duplexers into a single and miniature package. The product features a single antenna connection, eliminating the need for antenna switching. The TQQ0101 is designed with Qorvo Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) and Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technologies.
The low transmit insertion loss of the TQQ0101 reduces total current consumption, extending battery life and usage time. The TQQ0101 enhances receiver sensitivity and dynamic range with low Rx Insertion Loss and high rejection of Tx signals at the Rx ports. The excellent power handling of Qorvo BAW and SAW technologies supports the high Tx output power levels needed in LTE handsets.
