Qorvo's SGB2433Z is a high performance DC to 4000MHz SiGe HBT MMIC Gain Block. It utilizes a Darlington configuration with an active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature eliminating the need for a dropping resistor. It is designed to run directly from a 3V to 5V supply and features low thermal resistance and unconditional stability. The SGB2433Z is internally matched to 50 ohm and has 3dB to 5dB more gain than the SGB-2233 (frequency dependent).
