Qorvo's ACT72350, stand-alone 3-phase BLDC motor driver Analog Front End (AFE) allows customers to drive up to 20S battery power with a 160V rating. The AFE powers the system MCU while delivering up to 2A source/-2A sink drive capability. The overal BOM is reduced significantly through integrated bootstrap diodes, and all analog blocks needed to measure current and protect the device. This device utilizes theQorvo's patent pending Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front End™, and Application Specific Power Drivers™ and also contains a robust braking feature for safety critical applications.
