The Antenna Company delivers high-performance antenna solutions, leveraging proprietary design principles, advanced materials, and RF system expertise for custom projects - and compelling standard product solutions - for cellular 4G/LTE/5G, WiFi, Bluetooth®, Low-power wide-area (LPWA), ultra-wideband (UWB), global navigation (GNSS), millimeter wave (mmWave), and more, for IoT, enterprise and consumer applications. The Antenna Company is headquartered in the Netherlands with sales and technical support offices in the US (California) and Taiwan.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified since 2018, The Antenna Company focuses on the continuous improvement of our products and services through our Quality Management System to exceed customer expectations and deliver defect-free products on time, every time. We strive to minimize impacts to the environment through our operations and supply chain by reducing waste, conserving water and limiting our carbon footprint, as we grow our business.
The Antenna Company is committed to supporting the communities in which we operate. We believe in the practice of social responsibility and encourage similar behavior in our employees and suppliers. We are committed to an operating philosophy based on openness in communication, integrity in serving our customers, and fairness and concern for our employees. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations for quality, sustainability, delivery and value through the design and offering of high-performance antenna systems.
The Antenna Company is founded on innovation. Our patented technology results in clearly differentiated performance over conventional antenna solutions in the market. Inspiration for The Antenna Company’s innovative technology can be found in the natural world. Through the study of complex geometrical forms in nature all around us, our co-founder, Johan Gielis, developed a mathematical breakthrough to simplify the description of complex natural shapes. First proposed by Gielis in 2003, the Gielis Superformula describes complex shapes with a reduced set of parameters. The Antenna Company uses the Gielis transformations and associated computational methods to design high performance 2D and 3D antennas, which have better performance characteristics than their traditional counterparts.
Custom UWB Antenna Design
The Antenna Company offers custom antenna design services and rapid in-house prototyping services for customers who have needs that cannot be met by our range of standard antenna products.
The Antenna Company’s design flow involves our team of RF engineers and mechanical engineers early in your product development cycle to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance and first-pass regulatory approval.
AC71026-01 UWB Antenna
The AC71026-01 is a compact PCB antenna with COAX cable and U.FL connector, optimized to deliver omni-directional antenna pattern for UWB channels 5 and 9 (6490 MHz and 7987 MHz). The AC71026-01 supports 2-way ranging, TDoA and PDoA location systems to an accuracy of 10cm.
