KIGIS® IPAS (Intelligent Proximity Alert System)
KIGIS® IPAS (Intelligent Proximity Alert System) is an advanced safety system that utilizes UWB technology to prevent collision accidents in industrial environments. By providing centimeter-level precision tracking, it creates a comprehensive safety network that monitors interactions between vehicles and pedestrians in real time, delivering bidirectional audiovisual alerts to both drivers and workers. Designed for versatile application, IPAS can be deployed across various industries, including warehouses, factories, and construction sites.
The system incorporates advanced safety features, such as vehicle-to-pedestrian and vehicle-to-vehicle proximity warnings. It also allows for customizable alert configurations based on multiple factors such as the vehicle's direction, speed, and other dynamic conditions. By combining cutting-edge UWB technology with intelligent safety protocols, IPAS significantly reduces workplace accident risks while enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring a safer environment for all.
IPAS Vehicle Tag (VT)
- UWB tag device installed on the vehicle
- Utilizes Symmetric Double-Sided Two-Way Ranging (SDS-TWR) for precise distance measurements between tags
- (Multi VTs Mode) Each VT operates as a separate setting parameter for more precise configurations
IPAS E-Mode Tag (EMT)
- Subsidiary UWB tag device installed on the vehicle for Extended Mode(E-Mode)
- Utilizes Symmetric Double-Sided Two-Way Ranging (SDS-TWR) for precise distance measurements between tags
- (E-Mode) Enables shaping settings for the alert range by measuring the angles between 1 Vehicle Tag and 2 E-mode Tags
IPAS Pedestrian Tag (PT)
- UWB tag device carried by worker
- Sound and vibration alert when Vehicle Tag is detected
- Convenient charging through a contact-type charging port
- Battery level monitoring with LED indicator
- Waterproof design with various mounting options
IPAS Flashlight Zone Tag (FZT)
- UWB tag device for Infrastructure
- Installed blind spots to provide audio and visual alerts (e.g., field offices, warehouses, corner areas, etc.)
- Ensuring that even workers without PT can receive audio and visual alarms.
- Compatible with external devices
IPAS Standard Zone Tag (ZT)
- UWB tag device for Infrastructure
- Receiving approach signal from Vehicle Tag
- Installed safety areas where proximity alerts are not required (e.g., rest areas, garage, etc.)
