Equipment Maintenance Technicians are integral members of our Wafer Fab operation in Hillsboro, OR that delivers high quality, efficient manufacturing and advanced technologies that produce innovative RF and power products and solutions to Qorvo’s industry-leading wireless device and network customers.

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance of manufacturing and test equipment. We currently have entry to senior-level openings to support Wet Clean, Implant, Gold and Copper Plating, Thin Films CVD, Sputter Deposition, Photo Lithography & TEL Tracks, LAM Etchers, measurement and test equipment as well as Grinders, Saws and Laser Dicers in our Fab Finish cleanroom.

Just starting out and thinking about a career in maintenance?
Qorvo is also hiring Preventative Maintenance Specialists, which are entry level positions requiring only a high school education. Focused on doing repeatable preventative maintenance on the same set of tools every day. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined applicants new to the industry to gain experience working with senior technicians in a Fab environment while gaining valuable experience. The Preventative Maintenance Specialist program couples nicely with our Educational Reimbursement program. Go to school on us while you learn about tools.
