Qorvo's QM55011 is a low power Cellular IoT front end module supporting multiple bands. It is a universal Multi-Band PA with adaptive biasing scheme for maximum efficiency. The QM55011 includes integrated Tx filtering for Coexistence, Hamonic Rejection and SEM as well as a SP6T antenna Tx/Rx switch. It is MIPI RFFE V2.0 Compliant and comes in a small, low profile package (3.0 x 3.0 x 0.6 mm3).
