    The Qorvo® QM42655 is an integrated Mobile Wi-Fi front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The small form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the application.
     
    Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a broad range of supply voltage (3.0V < Vcc < 5.0V). The multiple Wi-Fi and BT TX modes enable optimization of output power, linearity, and power dissipation that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput.  Receive path matches the optimal technologies to maximize Rx sensitivity through noise figure performance that is consistent over a wider variety of conditions.
     
    Integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 5 GHz rejection for DBDC operation are included. An integrated power coupler enables close loop power control and DPD optimization.
     
    The QM42655 integrates a multi-TX state 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi power amplifier (PA) that is also used for HP BT, single pole four throw switch (SP4T) ANT switch, bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) with multiple RX states, and power coupler into a single device.
